Directions:
Are you having a Hawai-themed party? Want to make a fun project with your kids? Here are simple directions on making colored sand.
1. Get a cookie sheet or something that has an edge around it.
2. Pour table salt on it-tons of it.
3. Take sidewalk chalk and roll it sideways on top of the salt.
The salt will then be colored! You may want to do different colors. Take a clear glass and layer the colors to make a rainbow look.
