Ingredients:

Directions:
To make paper-mache mixture: blend one part flour with two parts water, and stir until smooth. Dip a piece of newspaper into the mixture; squeegee the paper with your fingers so it isn't drippy. Lay paper on item and gently smooth. Continue, covering evenly, until the outside is a few layers thick. Let dry overnight, and decorate with tempera or acrylic paint; then glue on any details, using ribbon, stickers, colored paper and other items.
