Multiple Intelligence
These 8 categories are
based on Howard Gardener’s work on multiple intelligence (MI). This
theory is based on identifying and utilizing the many ways people
learn. Children will be most successful if parents and teachers
recognize these intelligences and provide multiple opportunities for
experiences and connections to their smart parts as listed
below. Most people have strengths in more than one intelligence.
